WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIMELINE?

JOURNALS : Please allow 8 business days for processing, shipping, and delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. United States shipping only. In order to ensure timely delivery, please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

WHAT IS THE REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
